2009 New England Car Trip - Wednesday September 30th

Today we drove from Lake George, NY to North Conway, NH. It is easy to go north/south in New England but difficult to go east/west. The route was mostly on rural back roads which provided plenty of scenery. For lunch we stopped at Simon Pearce in Quechee, VT where we had an excellent meal before proceeding across 112 (Kancamagus Highway) into North Conway, NH where we will spend the next two nights.
